Accommodation maps for Poland, Sweden, Indonesia, Italy, Australia

Finally (yes, it was pending) we added the map for Africa. Additionally the following region maps have been added, too:

Brazil
Poland
Sweden
Indonesia
Italy
Australia

Unfortunately there are 2 design bugs left: the graphical line (borderline) for the 2 African countries Morocco and West Sahara is not properly set yet. And for Brazil the region Santa Catarina is still missing (but [...]

New accommodation maps implemented
