Third step: We check out the possibilities to build up some small applications for facebook etc. So you will be able to check out some features of belodged.com directly from your main community website. But for this we will also have a deep look into the agreements of facebook & co to take care of your privacy on belodged.com

Esp. regarding security and performance they are well known for a great work. At the moment we are evaluating some issues together with the guys from webwiz. Some problems are coming up by using non-english characters in the forum.

UPDATE: we got non english characters like chinese etc. working in subject and the body of a disucssion message. Still we have problems for non english user names. So the registration is still only possible with names like “myname” “chineseJohn” etc. but not with “和平” or “ЗдравейтеСветът” or something like that. This is not a very large problem - but we will work on it.

We are very sorry, we just noticed a problem during the registration process. The registration process itself worked properly, but the individual language selection has not been stored in the database. Meanwhile we solved this problem…

So, if you get the wrong language after log in please follow these steps:

Since quite some time you can find an additional language navigation point in the member navigation bar. By following the link you reach your personal profile page. Do not care about the language. Down at the end of this form you find three select menus. Just change the first one to your preferred language. After submitting the form by clicking on the button below you will get the language of your choice - for ever and ever, promised.

Available languages: English, German, French, Chinese and Spanish. If you choose a different language, it will switch to English as default language.

Once again, sorry sorry - especially to our new members.
