Newsletter announcement: New features in belodged.com
It is time again to inform our cherished belodged.com members as well as everybody out there who’s gonna join us about a few updates on the website…
First of all we would like to convey a big ‘thank-you’ for the numerous inputs and feedback. Various ideas for improvement have been already implemented. You are always welcome to ‘nail’ us with your questions or positive and negative input - we keep on going!
1.) Convenience
The regional map (google maps) window has been enlarged up to 25% and city pictures (flickr and panoramio) as well as the associated information from Wikipedia have been integrated.
2.) Maps
Additional maps have been added, too: South America, Asia, Australia, France, United States, UK, China, Spain. Further map material is going to be finalized soon.
3.) Status
Free accommodation is now available in 113 countries, 3′870 cities and its surrounding areas!
4.) Your friends know someone abroad!
The brand-new ‘invitation service’ allows you to invite with a few clicks your friends and colleagues from your personal address book or optionally from your social community memberships…
5.) MySpace, Facebook etc.
From now on you can easily include your community profile from Facebook or MySpace into belodged.com. All you need is to configure on your belodged profile page who is allowed to see that data and who’s not…
